Jim Halfens

Serial Entrepreneur | Brand Strategist | International Keynote Speaker

Jim Halfens is a serial entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, brand strategist and commercial leader with over 20 years of experience in building globally recognized brands, scaling businesses and negotiating complex international deals.

Jim first gained worldwide recognition as the founder of DivorceHotel, the groundbreaking concept that reinvented the traditional divorce process. What started as an unconventional idea quickly became a global media phenomenon. As the founder and face of DivorceHotel, Jim became an internationally recognized media personality. His story led to interviews with leading television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations on every continent, while his columns for the American edition of The Huffington Post established him as a voice on entrepreneurship, innovation and modern relationships.

Today, Jim inspires audiences with his keynote, "How to Make Your Brand as Famous as Kim Kardashian," revealing how bold ideas, smart PR and creative marketing can turn businesses into globally recognized brands without multi-million-dollar marketing budgets. His presentations combine inspiring stories with practical strategies on branding, marketing, sales and entrepreneurship.

Alongside his speaking engagements, Jim is Commercial Director and co-owner of a group of legal companies, including three law firms, an international debt collection firm and an interim legal staffing agency. He personally leads high-value international debt collection mediations, negotiating complex cross-border settlements involving claims ranging from thousands to several million euros.

Beyond his own businesses, Jim is regularly invited by companies and organizations to challenge marketing strategies, sharpen campaign concepts and create bolder brand activations that capture attention, generate publicity and deliver commercial impact.

Whether speaking on stage, advising leadership teams or negotiating international business disputes, Jim is driven by one simple belief:

"Great brands aren't built by the biggest budgets—they're built by the biggest ideas."
